Our warehouse staff are highly trained to package your goods precisely according to the specifications that we supply. Prior to shipping the goods are thoroughly examined and secured. The warehouses and centers of distribution are in Europe and the USA.

Please note that orders with more than one item are subject to a processing period that is based to the item.

We will carefully examine all items ordered before shipping. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hours. It is expected that delivery will take between 3 and seven days.

Returns

The stock is constantly changing and not fully managed by us because of the involvement of several parties including the factory and our warehouse. The levels of stock can change at any moment. You may not receive your purchase after it's been placed.

Our policy lasts for 30 days. We are unable to replace or refund your purchase if it has been 30 days since the purchase.

In order for your item to be considered eligible for return the item must not be opened and in the same state as you received it in. The item should be in the original packaging.
