This grinder is much like the Baratza Sette 270, except the “i” in Sette 270Wi stands for intelligence – meaning added capabilities where your grinder predicts the exact stop point when you adjust your settings making sure you never go wrong! Baratza’s Sette conical burr grinders debut an innovative and revolutionary new grinding technology perfected in Lichtenstein with focuses on simplicity, durability, efficiency, and elegance. The new grinding mechanism consists of an outer burr which rotates while the inner burr travels in an X motion. This design allows for double the efficiency and a much more precise coffee grind.
